Appointments are in high demand. When you reserve a time, that time is held exclusively for you. Card on File A valid card is required at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. • Deposits (if applicable) may be transferred to a future appointment when proper notice is given. No-Shows & Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
